Purchases  & Return  Policy

Customers Paying Invoices see Terms on the rear of your Invoice

Please note that descriptions, specifications and prices on our website and adverts are correct at the time of going to press and may be subject to variation, alteration and price adjustments without any notice.

All The orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched.  Products returned within a time period of 7 days as specified under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (if applicable) must be returned as new with all parts and original packaging.
If a product has been specifically ordered, cancellations will be solely at our discretion.  Returns of viewing cards will not be accepted.

Payment Terms

All prices are inclusive and exclude postage and package. When you shop online postage charges will be calculated automatically when you choose the right option / Country etc. We can accept most of the major Credit and Debit cards via Click and Pay Logo, fax and email orders ( please don’t send by email your credit / debit cards details for security reasons) we will sent you an invoice for the goods and services, this will then allow you to Click and Pay. We also accept UK cheques (subject to 7 days bank clearance), and bank transfer. We would strongly advise to not send cash through the post. You can place an order on our on-line store or you can call us.
Please note:
  The Click and "Pay Online" option is operated directly via out Accounts system provider (Kashflow) and then with a security transaction with SumUP, We are unable to deal with card payments directly. We will be notified of your payment transaction.




Delivery Terms


Satsearch will despatch all the orders fully paid within 24 hours or the latest within 36 hours during working days from Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries will be subject to a supplement. We can ship items in the UK.  When orders are sent by Courier Next day, note that we do not guarantee the next day arrival or further delays. We use the following Delivery companies: Royal Mail and DHL Home.


Warranty


All the new products come automatically with 12 months Return to base warranty, unless otherwise stated.  All the second hand and refurbished items come with either 30 days or 3 months return-to-base warranty as appropriate stated. Any product returned to us that is found not to be faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stock fee. If a product is returned (except for faulty products) after 7 days “as new” in its original packaging a credit note will be issued . Once a return for a faulty or returned product has been processed please ensure that the item has the original packaging and parts as a charge could be made for any missing items. Faulty products will be exchanged, replaced or repaired as appropriate. Return-to-base will require pre-paid postage which will enable us to send the parcel back to you. We are unable to refund any delivery charges. Warranty does not cover the following: negligence, tampering; accidental damage, thunderstorms, lighting and spilt liquids.
